We’ve all heard of the enigmatic Nazca Lines in Peru, a country that boasts other ancient motifs like the Paracas Candelabra. But on the other side of the South American content, another altogether more modern geoglyph has found its way onto YouTube, and was photographed from above by Flickr user Marcelo Campi. Known as El Candelabro, this living sculpture has been carved out of forest in the Florida Department of Uruguay. Situated south-east of the departmental capital Florida, a city of around 33,600 inhabitants, you can see the otherwise named Candelabro de Montevideo here.
