Last March of the Abandoned Vacuum Cleaners

When renown urban explorer Dan Raven braved the eerie halls of West Park Asylum, he came face to face with a collection of abandoned vacuum cleaners, each looking surprisingly menacing in the gloom. The retro machines (no cyclone technology here) stood in rows of three, nine in total, in a dank room deep within the derelict hospital in Epsom, Surrey.  And it turns out that Raven isn’t the only spelunker to have confronted the broken old hoovers. Urbex photographer Andre Govia encountered the last march of the abandoned vacuum cleaners also. Here’s his record of the scene.
