This rusted out hulk of an antique car with a horse skeleton in the driver seat was spotted along a lonely, isolated road in eastern Nevada, USA.

It can be seen a few miles from the state line, along the road that links the semi-abandoned town of Baker, Nevada to the spectacular Great Basin National Park. It could almost be an art installation commenting on the old ways and the passage of time out in the desert or it could just be a humorous assemblage of junk. Either way, in the vast, open landscape this sun-bleached horse skull, with one hoof propped up on the dashboard, seems comically at peace just watching the time pass by out in the desert.
