Kids of the late ’80s and early ’90s will remember the SEGA Mega Drive (Genesis in North America), a cutting edge console of the day competing against other home video game giants including Nintendo. Fast-forward 23 years, however, and the price tag of £40 ($61 USD) for the vintage system above (photographed yesterday on Nicolson Street in Edinburgh, Scotland) sounds a bit steep.
