These “Evil Eyes” by Bedrock Industries illustrate the growing trend in recycled art – as discarded glass and other castoffs are reused in a creative and colourful manner.  Not only does this exhibit present a vibrant work of art out of otherwise unwanted items, it also draws out attention to the amount of waste we create and the importance of recycling – even if just for decorative rather than functional purposes.

While this event took place several years ago at the Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort at Leavenworth, it’s message is just as powerful – perhaps more so – today.
