It happens on Google Earth all the time when they update their data. The plane on the left is a B-747 or maybe Airbus A-340. Can't tell for sure other than 4 engines. The "ghost" plane is likely either a Boeing B-737 or an Airbus A-320 family aircraft. I'm a pilot, so these are only my best guesses. It’s a superimposition. It happens on Google Earth all the time when they update their data.
